Calendar Pages

If you post your class schedule using Google Calendars in your gmail account, you could add the calendar to your blog

In Gmail Calendar

• Create Calendar
• Share your calendar
• Copy the code from Calendar Settings - "Paste this code into your website"

In Blogger

• In Pages
• Choose Show Pages As "Top Tabs"
• Click Save Arrangement
• Add a New Page (Page Title something like "PD Calendar") 
• Click the "HTML" tab
• Paste the code you copied from your calendar
• Click Compose Tab

Your audience will be able to add your Google Calender to theirs!

Follow by Email

Add the "Follow by Email" Gadget to your Blog

• Choose Layout
• Click "Add a Gadget" on the right
• Click "Follow by Email" (4th from top of list)
• Drag it to the top, above list of other "Links" so audience can easily find it
• Click Save Arrangement

Blogger

On August 2, teachers enjoyed working on their classroom blogs

CPR

Teachers attended CPR training on August 7, for recertification in CPR and First Aid.

Star Reading Enterprise

August 6 - web based training session on a reading assessment tool - Star Reading Enterprise. Reading assessment will be on-going throughout the year. We look forward to using this new tool to enhance learning!
